Why should I consider Kunkle & Rehrig as my photographers?

Why? Because we love what we do and we are easy to work with. We capture memories while not being intrusive so that you can enjoy your day to the fullest. We believe it is an honor to be your photographer and we work our hardest to give you the best.

What equipment do you use?

We use two Olympus E-3 digital SLR cameras as our primaries with a variety of lenses. We prefer to use natural light but also have several remote FL 50-R flashes and light umbrellas along with a full light kit if necessary. We bring back-ups for everything every wedding.

You are a member of what?

We are a Member of the International Society of Photographers, AllWeddings.com, Wedj.com and LehighValleyWedding.com.

Do you photograph with film or digital cameras?

Digital. We have film cameras as an option and use occasionally for certain captures. Digital SLRs offer us as photographers many more options and they provide you with excellent pictures.

Do you shoot in color or black and white?

We shoot in raw high quality color. The color digital photos can then be converted to black and whites, sepia, or a variety of other options and alternatives. This keeps the information in original raw format as to give you more control of what you want for your photographs.

How is what you do different than my relative, who has a camera and loves to take pictures?

Many friends and relatives are well-intentioned amateurs whose photos look OK, but they may use 1 hour labs and they may not have the knowledge or access to expertly color balance, enhance, and process your images. Usually their equipment, quality of lenses, size of files, and processing of digital images is not even close to what professional equipment in the hands of professionals can achieve. In addition, your relatives don't have our expertise or experience at working smoothly with you on your wedding day to produce a full complement of wedding photos for your beautifully designed, long lasting albums, wedding books, or wall portraits. We have spent years of our lives training, and continue to educate ourselves, on how to serve you better.

Can I pay on line with my credit card?

We are paypal approved and secured so Credit cards are an option for you.

Will you meet with us before the wedding?

Absolutely! We will meet with you before your event to make sure that all your wishes will be met. This meeting also gives us a chance to get comfortable with each other and go over all the details of your wedding.

Will you or someone else be our photographer?

We both are at every wedding we do. You will never have to worry. We (Seth and Travis) will meet you prior to the wedding and it will be us at the wedding as well.

When will we get our photos and who owns them?

We usually have the photos ready and the proof album within 4-6 weeks of the wedding date. If a rush is needed, that can also be arranged and you can discuss that with us at the meeting. You own all the edited high quality negatives after the wedding and are on your own to do with them as you please. There is no need to come back to us and pay high fees for reprints like many other photographers.

Do you keep copies of our images?

Yes we do keep images for an uncertain period of time. We highly recommend that you copy your images onto a hard drive when you get home as this will cost additional if the original negative CD is lost.

Will you honor any of our requests regarding photography?

It is not about us, it's all about you. We are open to all suggestions and requests. You have the creative control of you wedding and we are here to help you.

Does my deposit guarantee my booking?

Yes it does. Once we receive the deposit we send a confirmation email and or contract outlining all the known details of the wedding and for use as your receipt.

What is the website about?

We can put all of your photos on the web (optional) for your friends and family to see. Not only will they be able to see the slide show they will also be able to review and even purchase your photos anywhere in the world! In fact you could have your own wedding web site at kunkleandrehrigphotography.com/yourname  designed and hosted by us for 1 year!

Will you hold a date for us?

Yes we will as long as the deposit has been paid. Without this no dates are held for any reason.

Are you available for family portraiture?

Yes we are! We often keep in touch with many families, keeping memories of their families and their children throughout their lifetime. We have full studio equipment lighting and backdrops to suit any portraiture need you or your family may have. Please email for our pricing brochure.

Do you photograph senior portraits?

Yes we work with seniors every year, indoor and outdoor to create exceptional images that will last a lifetime!

Will you photograph school portraiture at my child's school?

Yes we do photograph school portraiture, just email info@kunkleandrehrigphotography.com and request a proposal to be sent to your school.
